Program Fit

What ages does RunTheCode serve?

Ages 5–15.

Does my child need any experience before starting?

No — RunTheCode is built for beginners, and returning students get more advanced projects as they're ready.

Is learning self-paced?

Yes. Every child moves through the six labs at their own pace, with the RunTheCode team there to help.

Do students rotate through all six labs?

Yes — coding, robotics, engineering, science, game design, and 3D design are all part of the experience.

What program formats are available?

Tech Summer Camp, Afterschool Coding & Robotics Club, and Homeschool STEM Lab.

What are RunTheCode's hours?

Homeschool and Afterschool sessions run Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with Saturday hours from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM. Summer Camp runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Can we choose our own drop-off and pick-up times?

Yes, within RunTheCode's open hours.

Is lunch provided?

No — students bring their own lunch and drinks. Snacks are provided.

Do students go outside during the day?

No, all activities take place inside the lab.

Safety & Supervision

How is my child supervised?

A member of the RunTheCode team is present and engaged throughout every session.

What safety measures are in place?

RunTheCode has staff supervision, a campus monitor, security cameras, and on-site plaza security.

Can parents come inside during a session?

For safety and focus, only staff are inside the lab during sessions.

What happens if my child has allergies or a medical need?

You'll share that as part of registration, so the RunTheCode team has it on hand.
