A place built for curiosity to take its time.
RunTheCode exists because kids explore differently when nothing is rushing them — coding, robotics, engineering, science, game design, and 3D design, under one real roof in Davenport, with real people nearby to help.
Exploration before specialization.
Most kids don't walk in already knowing whether they're a coder or a builder or a designer. They find that out by trying — which is the idea behind six labs under one roof instead of one program with one focus. A child can move toward whatever holds their attention, at whatever pace actually fits them, without being sorted into a track on day one.
Self-paced isn't the same as unsupervised. Someone from the RunTheCode team is there while they work — not running one identical activity for the whole room, but there to help whoever's stuck get moving again, and to leave whoever's deep in something alone to keep going.
A real lab, not a slogan.
RunTheCode is a real lab in Davenport, FL — not a pop-up, not a one-off event space. Six labs, real equipment, and real people share the same room.

Nobody has to figure it out alone.
If a child isn't sure what to try first, that's normal — and it's not something they have to figure out alone. Someone from the RunTheCode team is nearby to help them get started, work through something that isn't clicking, or point them toward a lab they haven't tried yet.
Guidance here doesn't mean everyone doing the same thing at the same time. It means nobody's stuck without anyone to ask.
